1st Course:

Lentil Soup,
Seasoned to perfection adorned with sweet plantain.

2nd Course:

Meat Option: Pollo Adobado,
Chicken Breast marinated in Adobo sauce, avocado salad, corn tortillas and rice on the side.

Vegetarian Option: Chiles Rellenos,
Poblano Peppers stuffed With Mozzarella cheese and spinach, topped with green salsa and accompanied with avocado salad and rice.

3rd Course:

Sweet Corn Tamal.
Corn based dough wrapped in a corn husk and steam cooked.
