Esquites: Made with tender corn kernels cooked with onion, garlic, and epazote for a rich, savory flavor. Topped with creamy mayonnaise, tangy crema, queso fresco, lime juice and tajin.

2nd Course
Chamorro de Borrego en Guajillo: Slow roasted Lamb shank in guajillo chili sauce, Mexican Rice, Pinto beans and tortillas on the side.
