· Burrata – warm burrata, roasted tomatoes, sautéed garlic, shallots, olive oil, fresh basil balsamic glaze and served with focaccia
· Crab-stuffed Ravioli – jumbo lump crab meat, whipped ricotta cheese, lemon zest, creamy sauce, fresh herbs

ENTREES
CHOICE OF:
· Gnocchi Florentine – gnocchi, roasted chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes, pesto cream sauce
· Chicken Parmesan – chicken cutlet breaded to order and cooked golden brown, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, served with a side of fettucine
· Short Rib Pasta – braised beef sauce mixed with pappardelle, topped with ricotta and pickled red onions
· Gemelli a la Vodka – gemelli pasta with a rich creamy vodka sauce, blistered cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach
