Cinderlands is host a chef battle for Restaurant Week, and this time it is a sandwich competition between four of our wild and innovative chefs! Like last time with our burger battle, the winner will be decided by total sandwiches sold, which we will announce at the end of the week on social media. Enjoy one sandwich with your choice of a regular pour of beer (recommendations below, subject to availability) for $20.19.

Sandwich #1: Chicago Style Italian Beef – roasted sweet peppers, giardiniera, french roll
Paired with Test Piece: T90 IPA with Mosaic and Citra hops
