MAIN COURSE:
* Taiwanese pork chop: marinated and fried pork tenderloin, served over white rice with cabbage and togorashi. Side of deep fried brussel salad, topped with Japanese tare sauce.

* Sticky pork: brown sugar sesame glazed pork belly, served with a side of fried rice and a side of bean sprouts

* Mongolian Seitan (v): seitan fried and tossed in Mongolian sauce served over a bed of pad thai noodles with a side of seasoned broccoli
