Appetizers;
Chicken Quesadilla: An extra -large flour tortilla stuffed with shredded cheese and shredded chicken. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

Empanadas: Three crispy empanadas stuffed with ground beef and topped with sour cream and cojita cheese. Served on a bed of lettuce and rice/

Entree:
Emilianos Fajitas: Marinated chicken breast topped with slices of mozzarella cheese, savory bacon crumbles and scallions. Served on a sizzling skillet with tortillas, refried or black beans, rice and a Mexican side salad.

Arroz Con Pollo: A bed of our prestigious rice topped with marinated chicken strips and sauteed onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, our special homemade cheese sauce and sour cream

Dessert:
Fried Ice Cream: Vanilla ice cream in a crispy tortilla topped with whipped cream, honey, cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate sauce

Churros: Fried dough sticks rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
