“America’s Oldest Brewery” Yuengling, located in Pennsylvania, joins the Pittsburgh Restaurant Week celebration. Thanks to their generous support, Pittsburgh Restaurant Week will greet each guest with “First Drink’s On Us.”
Preview Pittsburgh Restaurant Week at our first-ever Kickoff Party and sample downtown Pittsburgh’s participating restaurants. On August 9, 2012, the Pittsburgh Restaurant Week Kickoff Party will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel located in the heart of the Pittsburgh Cultural District.
During July, Pittsburgh Restaurant Week would like to offer a “Getting To Know Pittsburgh Chefs” segment through online chef interviews on YouTube. It is meant to be an opportunity for the public to get to know area chefs and reveal what cooking, the restaurant week program, and community mean to them.

Pittsburgh-area restaurants interested in participating in Pittsburgh Restaurant Week for August 13-19, 2012 may sign-up using an online application. Restaurants are encouraged to take advantage of this no-cost, online registration until May 31, 2012. Online Restaurant Registration: https://pittsburghrestaurantweek.com/register/ After completion of the online registration, an event manager will contact each restaurant to confirm participation prior to publishing online. The list of participating restaurants will be released later Spring 2012.
During the week of January 16-22, 2012, Pittsburgh Restaurant Week was reborn as a celebration. Thirty Pittsburgh-area restaurants participated by offering specials including $20.12 special menu options or fixed-price menus ranging from $15-35.
